Freddie Mac prices $460M structured pass-through certificates

Freddie Mac priced an offering of structured pass-through certificates backed by mortgages on two multifamily properties in New York and Irvine, Calif.

The $460.4 million offering of K-L01 certificates is expected to settle on or about June 6.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the lead manager and sole book runner for the deal. Academy Securities Inc., Barclays Capital Inc., Jefferies LLC and PNC Capital Markets LLC are acting as co-managers.
