American Campus pays $64M for Seattle apartment project

American Campus Communities Inc. acquired the three-building bridges@11th apartment project totaling 184 units in Seattle's University District for $64.4 million, the Puget Sound Business Journal reported, citing public records.

According to developer Security Properties, only two units in the property at 4557 11th Ave. NE are not leased.

Security Properties constructed the project to house employees of the University of Washington and Seattle Children's Hospital.

JLL brokered the sale, the publication noted.
