M&G Real Estate buys 25% stake in Coca-Cola's Sydney HQ for A$110M

M&G Real Estate purchased a 25% stake in a North Sydney office building at 40 Mount St. for A$109.5 million, The Australian Financial Review reported.

According to the report, the 25-story commercial property serves as the headquarters of Coca-Cola Amatil and is also leased to anchor tenant Vodafone.

South Korea's National Pension Service co-owns 50% of the building with the Investa Commercial Property Fund. Since November, half of that stake, along with Melbourne's 595 Collins Street, has been put on the market, the publication noted.
