Banco Panamá to issue corporate bonds

Banco Panamá SA on Dec. 13 will issue corporate bonds worth $708,000, the bank said in a Dec. 11 filing.

The series AJ bonds carry a fixed interest rate of 4.50% and have a term of two years.

The funds will be used to finance the growth of the bank's business and consumer portfolio.

The offering is part of the bank's rotating corporate bond program.
