Swedish bank Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB issued $1.75 billion in two tranches of international bonds, Cbonds reported.
The first tranche comprises fixed-rate notes worth $1.25 billion, which were sold at a price of 99.974% and have a coupon of 2.2%.
The second tranche, consisting of a floating-rate note issuance of $500 million, was sold at a price of 100%.
Both tranches mature Dec. 12, 2022.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and SEB were book runners on both issuances.
