The supervisory board of Nova Kreditna banka Maribor dd appointed Matej Falatov to the bank's management board with responsibility for corporate banking, the lender said March 23.

Prior to the appointment, which is pending regulatory approvals, Falatov served as chairman of the management board at Addiko Bank dd.

Nova KBM also said management board Vice President Robert Senica will assume a new role as a consultant to the supervisory board in the field of strategic relations with external stakeholders. Senica's move is effective April 1.
