Globalworth Poland Real Estate NV, which is 71.7%-owned by Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd., agreed to acquire Quattro Business Park in Krakow, Poland, for €139 million.
The five-building office complex spans 60,200 square meters of gross leasable area. It is roughly 99% occupied by tenants such as Capgemini, Google and Luxoft.
The cash consideration for the deal was adjusted to reflect in-place cash, debt and working capital at closing. The transaction is subject to clearance from Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, among other conditions.
Under the terms of the deal, the buyer may repay or refinance the existing bank loan granted by Bank Polska Kasa Opieki SA.
Globalworth Real Estate acquires, develops and directly manages mainly office and logistics/light-industrial real estate assets in Europe's southeast, central and eastern regions, with a focus on Romania and Poland.
