Euronet Worldwide to redeem convertible notes due 2044

Euronet Worldwide Inc. said it will redeem all of its 1.50% convertible senior notes due 2044 on May 28, at 100% of their principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest.

The notes are convertible at a rate of 13.8534 Euronet Worldwide common shares per $1,000 principal amount of the notes before the close of business May 24. This translates to a conversion price of about $72.18 per share.
