Forest City closes sale of Pittsburgh mall stake to QIC

Forest City Realty Trust Inc. closed on the sale of its stake in the 900,000-square-foot Mall at Robinson in Pittsburgh, as part of its 10-mall portfolio deal with QIC.

The diversified real estate investment trust plans to close on two further mall sales to QIC in early 2018.

The portfolio transaction values the 10 regional malls at roughly $3.18 billion, or $1.55 billion at Forest City's stake.
