CITIC Securities unit issues US$700M of notes

A unit of CITIC Securities Co. Ltd. issued US$700 million of guaranteed notes under the company's US$3 billion medium-term note program.

Citic Securities Finance MTN Co. Ltd. issued US$500 million of 2.750% notes due 2022 and US$200 million of 2.875% notes due 2024. The 2022 and 2024 notes were issued at a price of 99.749% and 99.460%, respectively, the company said.

CLSA Ltd., Bank of China, Citi, ABC International, HSBC, Industrial & Commercial Bank of China, JPMorgan and Standard Chartered are acting as joint global coordinators, book runners and lead managers.
