Phillips 66 expands board, names independent director

Phillips 66 increased the size of its board from nine to 10 members with the addition of Charles Holley as an independent director, effective Oct. 4.

Holley, who previously served as executive vice president and CFO of retail giant Walmart Inc., will be on the Phillips 66 board's audit and finance and public policy committees, according to an Oct. 7 news release. Following his appointment, the 10-member board is now comprised of nine independent directors.

Phillips 66 is a diversified energy manufacturing and logistics company that processes and transports fuels and other products.
