Report: Clayton Dubilier & Rice to buy stake in French construction service firm

Clayton Dubilier & Rice LLC reached a deal to acquire a 30% stake in Socotec Group SA from Five Arrows Principal Investments and other investors, WSJ Pro reported, citing a person familiar with the matter.

The deal reportedly gives the French construction services company a €1.8 billion valuation, including debt. Five Arrows Principal is a fund managed by Five Arrows Managers SAS.

A representative for Socotec did not comment, according to the publication.
