Report: Stockbridge Capital eyes $500M for 4th US value-add real estate fund

Stockbridge Capital Group is looking to collect as much as $500 million for its fourth U.S. value-add real estate fund, IPE Real Assets reported, citing people familiar with the matter.

Stockbridge Value Fund IV, which will focus on office, industrial, retail and apartment properties, will mark Stockbridge's largest capital raise for its value fund series, if the investment vehicle hits its fundraising target, according to the report.

Stockbridge declined to comment on the fundraising, the report noted.
