Tarjeta Naranja to offer bonds worth up to 1B Argentine pesos

Tarjeta Naranja SA on Feb. 8 will auction bonds worth 500.0 million Argentine pesos, expendable to 1.00 billion pesos, according to a securities filing.

The 18-month class XXXIX securities will carry a variable interest rate based on standard rates with a margin which will be determined after the offering. The bonds will be issued on Feb. 14.

As of Feb. 5, US$1 was equivalent to 19.51 Argentine pesos.
