Belgian property company Banimmo ends operational activities in France

Real estate company Banimmo moved to end its operational activities in France by selling the Mercure Golf Hotel in Chantilly, saying it now aims to fully focus on its development activities in Belgium.

Banimmo unit Conferinvest NV sold SAS Golf Hotel de Chantilly to hotel operator Aumalia SA, including the adjacent Golf de Chantilly golf course, in a deal based on a property value of €31.5 million.

Banimmo said the hotel was part of its portfolio since 2006.
