Chile's Ohio National Seguros de Vida SA increased its capital by 6.75 billion Chilean pesos through the issuance of 1959 ordinary shares to be subscribed and paid during three years, according to a securities filing March 30, adding that the insurance regulator SVS approved the decision.
Ohio National also informed that the shareholder Ohio National Sudamerica SA had already subscribed and paid for 900 shares, an amount of 3.1 billion pesos.
Ohio National Seguros de Vida is a subsidiary of Ohio National Mutual Holdings Inc.
As of March 29, US$1 was equivalent to 664.54 Chilean pesos.
