Norway's KBL epb taps former UBS head for CEO role

Luxembourg-based KBL European Private Bankers SA named Jürg Zeltner group CEO and a member of the board of directors.

Zeltner takes over from Peter Vandekerckhove, who will continue to be a member of KBL epb's board and retain certain other non-executive positions.

KBL epb also appointed Jakob Stott, who was most recently vice chairman of UBS Wealth Management AG, CEO of its wealth management division and member of the executive committee.

The appointments of Zeltner and Stott are subject to regulatory approvals. They both will acquire a significant stake in the company and oversee growth and big investments.
