Leeds Equity Partners promotes 2 to managing directors

Leeds Equity Partners LLC promoted Eric Geveda and Christopher Mairs to managing directors.

The New York-based private equity firm also promoted Kevin Malone and David Neverson to principals.

Geveda was involved in Leeds' investments in Barbri Inc., CeriFi LLC and Edcentric, among other companies. Mairs was involved in the firm's investments in Endeavor Schools LLC, INTO University Partnerships Ltd., Project Management Academy, Prosci Inc. and Simplify Compliance Holdings LLC.

Malone worked with the firm in its investments in Barbri, Edcentric, Exterro Inc. and LRN Corp., while Neverson handled Leeds' investments in Campus Management Corp. and Fusion Education Group LLC.
