China Vanke raises 2.5B yuan via lease rental bonds

China Vanke Co. Ltd. raised 2.5 billion yuan via lease rental bonds.

The five-year notes carry an annual coupon of 3.55% and options for the company to adjust the coupon rate, and repurchase the bonds, after three years.

The bonds were issued Sept. 26, according to a same-day release.

As of Sept. 26, US$1 was equivalent to 7.13 Chinese yuan.
