China-based AGM Group to acquire stake in Canadian currency exchange company

China-based AGM Group Holdings Inc. said Aug. 9 that it agreed to buy a 5% stake in Canadian currency exchange company Matrix International Group from the latter's controlling shareholder.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

AGM Group is a financial technology company providing trading platform services.
