Japan Real Estate Investment to borrow ¥10B for loan repayment

Japan Real Estate Investment Corp. signed an agreement to loan ¥10.00 billion from MUFG Bank Ltd. on June 1.

The loan will carry a fixed interest rate of 0.2544% payable every June 1 and Dec. 1 until the principal repayment date of Dec. 2, 2024, according to a release.

The funds will be used to repay an existing long-term loan of ¥10.00 billion, signed June 1, 2011.

As of May 29, US$1 was equivalent to ¥108.74.
