Federal Reserve Board OKs CenterState Bank, National Commerce deal

The Federal Reserve Board approved Winter Haven, Fla.-based CenterState Bank Corp.'s acquisition of Birmingham, Ala.-based National Commerce Corp.

The$850.4 million transaction was announced in November 2018 and is expected to close in the second quarter.
