UK's LGIM appoints head of Middle East distribution

U.K.-based Legal & General Investment Management Ltd. said Jan. 8 that it appointed Noareen Raja as head of Middle East distribution with overall responsibility for client relationships in the region.

Raja is replacing Anais Faraj and will be based in the firm's London office. She will report to Sarah Aitken, LGIM's head of distribution.

Raja was most recently serving at JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s subsidiary JP Morgan Asset Management as a member of its sovereign sales group.

LGIM is wholly owned by Legal & General Group PLC.
