Blackheath nixes option over Covas tungsten property in Portugal

Blackheath Resources Inc. said May 26 that it decided to terminate its option over the Covas tungsten property in northern Portugal.

The company came to the decision following a review of all results of work undertaken to date and of future exploration requirements for the property.

Blackheath held an option to earn up to an 85% interest in the project from Avrupa Minerals Ltd.

The company will continue to maintain its interests in the Borralha and Bejanca tungsten projects, also in Portugal.
