Agribusiness and transportation company Seaboard Corp. named Darwin Sand as president and CEO of its pork division, Seaboard Foods LLC, effective immediately, according to the Kansas-based conglomerate's March 23 press release.

Sand will replace Terry Holton, who said March 6 that he was retiring once Seaboard finds a successor.

Prior to his new role, Sand was Seaboard Foods' senior vice president of sales.
