Wanjia Group Holdings director resigns; replacement named

Hong Kong-based Wanjia Group Holdings Ltd. said Yung Ka Lai, an executive director, resigned on Aug. 31.

Yung resigned to spend more time on personal commitments. She did not have any disagreement with the company, Wanjia Group said.

The drug distributor appointed Wang Jia Jun, Yung's spouse, to serve as an executive director.

Wang has been working as Wanjia Group vice president of projects management since Aug. 1.
