Report: Raymond James nabs Wells Fargo advisers

A team of three advisers joined Raymond James Financial Inc.'s employee unit in Bay City, Mich., InvestmentNews reported.

Craig Cooley, Lee Miller and Michael Wegener, operating as Water Street Wealth Management, joined Raymond James from Wells Fargo Advisors, according to the report. The team managed $500 million in client assets at the Wells Fargo & Co. unit.

Additionally, Wells broker Tim Godin joined Raymond James' Farmington Hills, Mich., office along with sales associate Morag Rourke and assistant Dylan McEvilly. This team operates as Godin Wealth Management of Raymond James. Godin managed $260 million in client assets at his previous employer, InvestmentNews reported.
