Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional declares dividend for FY'16

PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk declared a dividend of 100 Indonesian rupiah per share for 2016.

The move marks the first time the lender will pay out a dividend since its IPO in 2008, according to a March 24 release.

In addition, the bank named Shinichi Nakamura as a member of its board of commissioners, replacing Hiroshi Higuma. Nakamura is senior general manager at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp.'s emerging markets business division.

As of March 27, US$1 was equivalent to 13,308 Indonesian rupiah.
