Investec Bank Mauritius announces dividend on redeemable preference shares

Investec Bank (Mauritius) Ltd. announced Dec. 6 that preference dividend number 10 has been declared from retained earnings for the period Oct. 1 to Jan. 1, 2019.

It amounts to a gross preference dividend of 774.17335 cents per share payable to holders of IMRP4 redeemable nonparticipating preference shares as recorded by the company at the close of business on Dec. 28. The payment date is Jan. 2, 2019.

The U.K.'s Investec Group is the ultimate parent of the Mauritius-based bank.
