Ahold Delhaize repurchases €10.6M worth of shares

Koninklijke Ahold Delhaize NV said Aug. 6 that it bought back shares worth €10.6 million between July 29 and Aug. 2.

The Dutch food retailer repurchased 518,700 shares at an average price of €20.51 per share.

The buybacks are part of the company's €1 billion share repurchase program announced in November 2018.

To date, Ahold Delhaize has repurchased 32,545,487 common shares under the program, for a total consideration of €703.9 million.
