BofA to redeem senior notes due 2020

Bank of America Corp. will redeem on Nov. 9 all $1 billion principal amount outstanding of its 2.151% senior notes due November 2020.

The redemption price is equal to 100% of the principal amount of the notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest to but excluding the redemption date. It will be paid Nov. 12 and the payment will be made through the facilities of The Depository Trust Co.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co. NA is the trustee and paying agent for the notes.
