Crédit Agricole Cariparma issues €750M covered bond

Crédit Agricole Group unit Crédit Agricole Cariparma SpA issued a €750 million covered bond, set to mature Jan. 13, 2026.

The instruments have a 0.625% annual coupon and were priced at 15 basis points above midswap, narrowing from initial guidance of 20 basis points over midswap.

Crédit Agricole CIB served as manager for the transaction, while BBVA and Mediobanca served as book runners.
