Q-Energy sells €130M of bonds to refinance 9 Spanish solar plants

Q-Energy, a fund managed by Qualitas Equity Partners, issued €130 million of bonds for the refinancing of nine Spanish solar photovoltaic plants with a combined capacity of 26 MW.

The bonds — issued on Oct. 10 — were subscribed by institutional investors managed by BlackRock Inc., according to an Oct. 24 press release. The securities traded on the quotation board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Banco Santander and Banco Sabadell were the arrangers, supported by Watson Farley & Williams LLP as legal adviser.
