Prologis pays $41M for AT&T-owned industrial site in Commerce, Calif.

Industrial real estate giant Prologis Inc. acquired a property in Commerce, Calif., from AT&T Inc. for $41.4 million, the Los Angeles Business Journal reported, citing records.

The telecommunications company will lease back the property, the publication added.

The 11-acre site at 2420 Yates Ave. contains office space and an 85,000 square-foot industrial facility.
