Woods Capital Management LLC sold a majority interest in the One AT&T Plaza office building in Dallas to a consortium consisting of Korean institutional buyers, Bloomberg News reported, citing a person with knowledge of the matter.
The 37-story building, which is valued at approximately $250 million, has been the global headquarters of AT&T Inc. since 2008, the report noted.
CBRE Group Inc., which represented the seller on the transaction, did not comment on the matter. Woods Capital did not immediately respond to emails and calls from the news outlet.
