Southwest Securities International to issue HK$780M of bonds

Hong Kong's Southwest Securities International Securities Ltd. will issue HK$780 million worth of bonds on or about May 18.

The bonds were priced with a coupon of 6.0% per year and will mature May 10, 2019. They will be listed on the city's stock exchange.

Net proceeds from the issuance will be used to refinance existing offshore indebtedness and supplement working capital.
