Alera Group Inc. has acquired Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Benefit Commerce Group LLC for undisclosed terms.

The acquired entity is an employee benefits consulting firm. It will continue to operate out of its current locations under the name Benefit Commerce Group, an Alera Group Co. LLC.
