Deutsche Bank Luxembourg issues $500M in bonds

Deutsche Bank Luxembourg SA issued international bonds totaling $500 million, Cbonds reported.

The notes were sold at par and will mature Sept. 1, 2023.

The floating-rate notes carry a coupon of 1.4% plus the three-month U.S. dollar London Interbank Offered Rate, according to the Aug. 13 report.

Deutsche Bank served as the sole book runner.
