Key Capital Partners sells Siamo stake in management-buyout deal

Key Capital Partners sold its investment in Birmingham, U.K.-based Siamo Group for an undisclosed price to the recruitment and training company's management, who were supported by Clydesdale Bank.

Siamo offers temporary- and permanent-recruitment services for the retail logistics, e-commerce fulfillment and manufacturing sectors out of its 50 locations in the U.K.

Key Capital is a U.K.-based private equity firm specializing in the smaller buyout market.

Ward Hadaway and Dains were the legal and financial advisers for Siamo, respectively. Freeth Cartright and Orbis provided legal and financial due-diligence advice, respectively, to Clydesdale.
