Waterland creates Nordic live-entertainment company through 6 acquisitions

Waterland Private Equity Investments BV created a new live-entertainment company called All Things Live through the acquisition of six companies in the Nordic region.

In Denmark, Waterland acquired ICO Concerts and ICO Management and Touring, and in Norway, it acquired Friction AS and Atomic Soul (booking) AS. In Sweden, it acquired Blixten & Co AB and Maloney Concerts.

Among other things, All Things Live will represent more than 140 artists on exclusive contracts, promote nearly 3,000 local and international events, and grow its portfolio with large corporate clients.
