* Diversified real estate investment trust RREEF Property Trust Inc. tapped COO and Executive Vice President Julianna Ingersoll to become CEO and president, effective May 14, replacing James Carbone, who resigned. Carbone will remain a director on the company's board.
* Retail REIT InvenTrust Properties Corp. named Ivy Greaner, most recently regional vice president at Five Point Holdings, its COO, effective July 9.
Board shuffle
* Des O'Kell resigned as a director of Leis Industries Ltd. The Canadian real estate development company tapped businessman Yari Nieken to serve on its board.
* Canadian real estate services company FirstService Corp. increased its board to eight directors with the addition of Joan Sproul, who served most recently as executive vice president, CFO and chief administrative officer of the Sinai Health System.

* Controller and principal accounting officer of timber-focused REIT PotlatchDeltic Corp. Stephanie Brady left the company May 11, after being terminated May 7. Vice President and CFO Jerald Richards assumed the duties of principal accounting officer.
* Tiffany Kenyon joined self-storage-focused REIT National Storage Affiliates Trust as its senior vice president and senior legal officer. Kenyon was previously vice president for law at MarkWest Energy Partners LP.
* Office REIT JBG SMITH Properties hired A.J. Jackson, former partner at urban infill developer EYA LLC, as executive vice president for social impact investments, to spearhead an affordable housing initiative in the Washington, D.C., region.
* Real estate operating and management company Trinity Place Holdings Inc. hired former executive vice president and co-head of New York City Economic Development Corp.'s real estate transactions department Charles Gans as senior vice president, to oversee the construction of the 77 Greenwich St. mixed-use building in Manhattan, N.Y.
* Real estate services company HFF Inc. added senior director Brett Moss to its multihousing investment advisory team in its Orlando office. Moss is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and the Urban Land Institute, and rejoined the company after a brief period at CBRE.
* Homebuilder TRI Pointe Group Inc. appointed former CalAtlantic Group Inc. and Standard Pacific Homes executives Heather Breidenthal as its chief human resources officer and Jeff Lake as vice president of architecture and design. The company also appointed Sherri Drew, former director of design for the West region at Interior Specialists Inc., as its vice president of design studios.
* Digital Colony, a joint venture between Digital Bridge Holdings LLC and diversified REIT Colony NorthStar Inc., appointed Steven Sonnenstein as its managing director. Sonnenstein most recently was a senior director at Canadian pension investment manager PSP Investments.
