Indonesia's Bank Mandiri names 4 directors

PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk appointed four new directors to its board, The Jakarta Post reported March 22.

The Indonesian lender named Agus Dwi Handaya as compliance director, Panji Irawan as finance director, Alexandra Askandar as institutional relations director, and Donsuwan Simatupang as retail banking director, according to the report.

Agus Dwi Handaya was Bank Mandiri's senior executive vice president for corporate transformation and finance, while Alexandra Askandar was the bank's senior executive vice president for corporate banking. Meanwhile, Panji Irawan recently served as PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk's treasury and international director, and Donsuwan Simatupang served as risk management director at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

Further, Ogi Prastomiyono, Tardi and Kartini Sally have completed their tenure as operations director, retail banking director and institutions director, respectively.
