Lloyd's of London Chairman Bruce Carnegie-Brown is set to take on the same position at car insurance startup Cuvva Ltd., the Financial Times reported.
Carnegie-Brown reportedly said he expects the role to help him better understand working in the digital market. He also said he has sufficient time for the new role even as Lloyd's proceeds with major reforms designed to reduce costs and draw in more business.
Carnegie-Brown also serves as vice chairman at Spain-based Banco Santander SA.
Cuvva sells car insurance that lasts from one hour to 28 days.
