Dallas office tower changes hands

Champion Partners and Building & Land Technology sold the 18-story Parkside Tower to a partnership of Lincoln Property of Dallas and the Illinois Teachers Retirement System for more than $100 million, The Dallas Morning News reported.

The property, at 3500 Maple Ave. in Dallas' Oak Lawn neighborhood, contains 378,000 square feet and is nearly 75% leased. It recently underwent a $10 million renovation.
