Hicks Equity's Standard Industrial acquires DH Pump & Supply

Hicks Equity Partners LLC's portfolio company Standard Industrial Manufacturing Partners Ltd. acquired DH Pump and Supply LLC, a manufacturer and supplier of equipment and accessories for fracturing pumps.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

DH Pump shareholders Jeff Humphrey, Shelton Medlock and Justin Donaldson will be joining Standard's executive team, while another shareholder, Jeff Isbell, will become a director at Standard's board. They will also own a significant stake in the combined company, according to a release.

Standard manufactures and distributes replacement parts for pumps used in production and completion applications within the oil and gas industry.

Standard hired Wick Phillips, Montgomery Coscia Greilich LLP and RCP Advisors to be its advisers on legal, accounting, and insurance and employee benefits, respectively.

DH Pump was advised by Infinity Capital Partners on investment banking, and Kessler Collins was its legal adviser.

ORIX Energy Capital of Dallas provided debt financing for the transaction.
