ConvergeOne, Forum Merger complete business combination

Forum Merger Corp. and information technology services provider ConvergeOne Inc. have completed the combination of their businesses after receiving approval at Forum Merger's special stockholders meeting.

Forum Merger has changed its name to ConvergeOne Holdings Inc.

ConvergeOne Holdings' shares will begin trading on the Nasdaq on Feb. 23 under the symbol CVON and the warrants will trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol CVONW. ConvergeOne's current private equity sponsor, Clearlake Capital Group LP, will remain the largest stockholder in the combined company.

J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse, UBS Investment Bank, William Blair, Raymond James, Jefferies, Needham and BTIG LLC acted as financial advisers to ConvergeOne Holdings and Clearlake, while Cooley LLP and Hogan Lovells served as legal counsel. Evercore, EarlyBirdCapital and Cowen Group served as financial advisers to Forum Merger, while Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP served as legal counsel.
