Independent Bank promotes execs; TrustCo Bank names director

* Lisa Reutter joined the boards of Glenville, N.Y.-based TrustCo Bank Corp NY and unit TrustCo Bank.

Reutter is an owner of LMKD Properties LLC.

* Grand Rapids, Mich.-based Independent Bank Corp. promoted Russ Daniel executive vice president of operations and digital banking and Patrick Ervin executive vice president of mortgage banking.

Daniel previously served as senior vice president of retail and mortgage lending at the company's unit, Independent Bank, while Ervin was a senior vice president of mortgage banking.

* Mountain View, Ark.-based Stone Bank appointed Vincent Muratore president of the bank's small business administration lending division, Bankers Digest reported.

Muratore has over 40 years of experience in commercial and SBA financing, the publication added.

Stone Bank is a unit of Stone Bancshares Inc.

* Broadway Bancshares Inc. appointed Jonathan Wolf executive vice president — wealth management line of business leader, Bankers Digest reported.

Barbara Johnson also joined the San Antonio, Texas-based company as an executive vice president and head of residential lending and consumer banking management.

Wolf is a former principal of St. Johns Investment Management Co. LLC, while Johnson most recently was COO of a nationwide mortgage lender.
