* Sacramento, Calif.-based River City Bank appointed Kerry Gordon to its board.

Gordon is a certified public accountant.

* Timothy Doyle was promoted to executive vice president and chief risk officer at Peapack-Gladstone Bank, a unit of Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corp.

He assumed the role of senior vice president and chief risk officer at the Bedminster, N.J.-based bank in 2016.

* Banc of California NA named Leticia Aguilar executive vice president of community banking.

She joins the Santa Ana, Calif.-based bank from MUFG Union Bank NA, where she served as managing director and regional president for consumer and business banking in the Los Angeles region and managed MUFG Union Bank's Los Angeles retail banking franchise.

* Nashville, Tenn.-based Pinnacle Financial Partners Inc. hired Clay Hart as executive vice president and senior lending officer to help lead its client advisory group in Middle Tennessee.

He previously served as president of Nashville business banking and retail at Tupelo, Miss.-based Renasant Bank, a unit of Renasant Corp.
