Tampa Electric extends maturity on $150 borrowing facility

Tampa Electric Co. and TEC Receivables Corp. amended their $150 million accounts receivable securitized borrowing facility to extend the maturity date to March 22, 2021, from March 23, 2018.

Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd. acted as the program agent. Tampa Electric is an Emera Inc. subsidiary.
