Union Pacific CFO to retire Dec. 31

Union Pacific Corp. CFO Rob Knight plans to retire Dec. 31 after serving in the role since 2004.

Knight joined Union Pacific in 1980 and held several leadership positions in the company prior to becoming CFO, according to a Sept. 26 press release. He is a member of the Grupo Ferroviario Mexicano and TTX Co. boards of directors.

The company appointed Jennifer Hamann to succeed Knight, effective Jan. 1, 2020. Hamann will lead financial activities for Union Pacific and principal subsidiary Union Pacific Railroad Co. Inc. She currently serves as senior vice president of finance.
